Good Quality Camcorder

My cousin ask my help to find a camcorder that he will use this coming vacation. I told my cousin that we should find a good expert before we purchase. Several guide and reviews now are made also by expert regarding good quality camcorders at the present. I also look forward in purchasing one for my wife so better now if we can deal with expert first.
